Luxury Rental Experience — Seamless & Stress-Free
We take pride in providing a truly effortless and elegant experience, from your initial inquiry to the moment your celebration comes to life.
Here’s everything you need to know about renting our luxury florals:
Your Rental Includes
The rental price covers the use of the item(s), professional delivery, and a full setup at a single location. Each piece is handled with meticulous care to ensure it arrives flawlessly.
Delivery & Collection
Complimentary delivery is provided within HRM, with collection scheduled on the same day by 9:00 PM. Should your venue fall outside this range, or if collection is required later in the evening, additional fees may apply—simply contact us to discuss arrangements.
Placement & Movement
Our team coordinates directly with your venue whenever possible to provide seamless delivery, setup, storage, repurposing, and teardown of all rental items at the location specified in your rental agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of the provided address. Please confirm with your venue that our pieces will fit in the desired location. We are not responsible if rental items do not fully fit in your home or venue.
Many of our structures—such as arches and pillars—are substantial in size and require careful disassembly and reassembly by our trained team. To ensure safety, maintain insurance coverage, and preserve the integrity of each design, only our team may handle, move, or alter the arrangements. Unauthorized movement is not permitted.
Additional setup fees may apply if floral installations need to be relocated between different venues or event locations during the course of the day. When both the ceremony and reception take place at the same venue, repurposing of floral arrangements will be provided as a complimentary service when logistics and timing allow.
Ceremony florals may be thoughtfully repurposed for the reception in a variety of ways, including but not limited to relocating the floral arch behind the sweetheart table or cake table, moving aisle flowers to areas such as the front of the sweetheart or cake table (floor placement only), stairways, mantles, the welcome sign area, or other suitable locations within the venue. Final placement will be determined on the day of the event based on venue layout, timing, and overall design considerations to ensure the florals are displayed safely and beautifully.
Damage or Loss
You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the rented floral arrangements during the rental period. In case of damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear, you may be charged for repair or replacement costs.
Weather Policy
Weather & Outdoor Installations
East Coast Blossom floral rentals are designed primarily for aesthetic display and are not intended to withstand severe weather conditions. As many of our floral designs incorporate real-touch (artificial) florals and delicate materials, exposure to heavy rain, strong winds, extreme heat, or other adverse weather conditions may impact the stability and condition of the arrangements.
For outdoor ceremonies, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that an appropriate backup indoor or covered location is available in the event of inclement weather. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe for installation or may cause damage to the rental items, East Coast Blossom reserves the right to modify, delay, relocate, or decline outdoor setup.
Whenever possible, we will work with the client or venue to move the installation to a sheltered or indoor location to preserve the integrity and safety of the florals.
Wind and Structural Safety
Floral arches and installations must be placed on stable, level surfaces and in locations protected from excessive wind. If wind conditions are determined to be unsafe at the time of setup, East Coast Blossom reserves the right to adjust the placement of the installation or relocate it to a safer area within the venue.
This policy is in place to protect guests, venue property, and the integrity of the rental items.
Weather-Related Damage
Clients acknowledge that outdoor installations carry inherent environmental risks. East Coast Blossom cannot be held responsible for damage caused by weather conditions after installation has been completed.
Any damage to rental items resulting from exposure to severe weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, wind, or extreme heat, may result in repair or replacement charges in accordance with our damage policy.
Liability
We are not responsible for any delays, failure to deliver, or inability to fulfill this contract due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events. In the event that we are unable to fulfill our obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement or offer a refund. However, our liability is limited solely to the amount paid under this contract, and we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from such circumstances.
Viewing Our Collection
Due to the scale of our pieces, we are unable to bring them to private appointments. Instead, we provide detailed photos and videos so you can select your floral pieces with confidence. We also host open houses at select venues, offering the perfect opportunity to see our designs in person. If you have a special request, we are happy to accommodate.
Customization Options
While we are not offering full custom floral designs at this time, we can enhance our arches and pillars with additional real blooms without altering the existing composition. Please contact us for any specific requests—we are delighted to collaborate.
Payment
At the time of booking, you agree to secure your reservation by either paying the full rental amount or submitting a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee. If the deposit option is selected, the remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to your event date. If the outstanding balance is not received by that time, your order will not be processed, and East Coast Blossom reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement. In such cases, the non-refundable deposit will be retained.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event we require at least 30 days notice prior to the event date, the amount previously paid will be applied to the new event date.
Cancellations
We understand that wedding plans can change.
To ensure fairness and accommodate preparation time, our cancellation policy is as follows:
60 days or more before the event date: 25% deposit will be retained,
59–30 days before the event date: 50% of total rental fee will be retained (including deposit),
29–0 days before the event date: No refunds will be provided.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement for violation of these Terms. While we make every effort to meet your desires and requirements, if, at any point, we determine that we’re unable to meet the agreed-upon obligations East Coast Blossom reserves the right to cancel this contract. In such a case, any payments made will be refunded, minus any actual costs already incurred, which will be communicated to you.
