Rental price includes renting, delivery and setting-up the product (one setup and 1 location only).​

We will deliver the product for free within 30 km of our warehouse in Bedford, Nova Scotia, and we will pickup up the product at the end of your wedding - no later than 9:00 PM. Pickups past 9pm or outside of the 30 km distance may incur separate fees (please Contact us for more details). ​

It is renters responsibility to check with the venue to ensure our product will fit in the desired place. If you need any item moved from the ceremony, to the reception, or anywhere else. An additional moving and setup fee will be required. Our arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops are very large and do not fit through doors. They have to be dissembled, which requires our movers and/or florist to stay onsite through the ceremony and move to the desired spot after it is over, set it up again, and/or for our florist to arrange the florals again. Some items that do not need to be taken apart are still not easily moveable, like our garden arch, floral pillars, flower wall, ect. These also require our own team to move them. This is due to insurance reasons, it will not cover anyone outside our team if it is damaged during a move. We also try to work directly with your venue to help coordinate the set up, delivery, storage, and pickup of the product. 

We usually do not meet to show our products because they are too big and cumbersome to transport for these kind of appointments. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos and videos so you know what the product looks like before you rent. We also offer open houses to see the items at different venues. However, if you have specific requests, please Contact us. 

At this time, we are not offering custom floral arrangements, but we can add colored flowers to the arches flowers without removing the existing flowers. If you have specific requests, please Contact us. ​

For cancelations and full payment refunds, we require a 48 hour notice. A 50% charge will be applied for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.​
